Honey Do

Adam hates to paint. However, he is always so good about carrying through with all of his "honey do's". I really wanted a GIRLS room. So I decided to change the upstairs guest room into Ella and Livia's room. This is the 3rd time in only 5 years that Adam has gotten to paint this room. :) *He will do ANYTHING for his girls-- that includes me.

This is Adam thinking---"Do we REALLY want to change this?"

The pink stripe on top---Officially a girl's room!

We did brown on the bottom and a fun molding in the middle that has pink knobs in it to hang pictures.

We've hung up some pictures on the knobs with ribbon.

Livia has her crib set up! No more play pen.

Ella is excited for her new room!

We looked in 7 different stores on Saturday for cute bed sets and found nothing!! So if anyone has any suggestions, we're open for them! We are thinking we'll have to order a set online. I think it turned out really cute, and Adam- you can cross that one off the list. THANK YOU!

She's mobile!

It only took 5 and half months, but Livia can officially.... roll over!! No, not crawling yet (thankfully). She is getting pretty quick at it now. And I actually caught her trying to get her knees underneath her. She's going to go straight to running! Enjoy the video!

You know you're a Redneck if........

It's summer time so that means that redneck sports are in full swing. :) This is Adam's third year of competing in the truck and tractor pulling. For those of you who are not redneck here is a quick run down of the sport- you hook your truck up to a 40,000 pound weighted sled and drag it until you can't drag it no more! sounds fun right. (until your engine breaks) Adam took first place this weekend in Idaho Falls, -here is the video so you can get the full effect. (did you notice the stack is back.)

The Big Day!

We went down to Utah for Sarah and Kelvin's wedding. They were married in the Draper, Utah temple on the 13th (of June). It was a beautiful temple and the weather was just how Sarah wanted it- overcast for the pictures. It downpoured for the reception- but that was ok, it was inside. Just to warn you--there are a lot of pictures! I'll try to comment after each one (I'm still learning how to do this!) What a beautiful bride!!! (Who did her hair?!)

My grandma and grandpa Legere at the hotel

Adam looks so good in a suit. Too bad he only wears it for weddings and funerals!

Ella loves to dress up!

Sarah and Kelvin with Grandma Moxley and Grandma Legere

These two were sooooo good all day long. And it was a long day!

Waiting for Sarah and Kelvin to come out of the temple. My cousins helped out a ton with Aaron and Ashton!

Adam and the Coleman's. Kelly, Randy, Thomas and Michael

Coming out of the temple. It was actually sunny for only one second during pics, and that was the moment they came out of the temple.

My Aunt Carol Ann put Livia to sleep!! Thank you! Livia was such a trooper the whole day.

The reception center- La Jardin- was beautiful. It was an indoor garden.

Afterwards-- pool time!! Livia's first time swimming. She loved it!

I can't believe how alike these two look in this picture! (Aaron and cousin Thomas) hanging out in the hot tub. They both are not "pool people". :) So Aaron got to sit in the "hot tubby"- as Ashton would say- for a couple of minutes.

The cake was pretty neat looking. It was strawberries and white chocolate pieces that made it look like ribbon. It was 3 layers and it tasted good too!

So that was our busy day! Actually later that day we went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. It was neat for all the family to see inside the temple-and what a beautiful temple! I'm glad we had that opportunity.

Our 5K!

This is Ella and I before the race on Saturday in Idaho Falls Do you notice I didn't do an after shot?! That was on purpose! It actually was a lot of fun. My friends Kim and Gwen ran it with us, even though they smoked us! That's ok. Ella and I had fun. It was a cancer survivor run, so we dedicated our run to our many family members and friends who have had cancer. It's been fun to train for it, and Ella was the one who was pushing me at the end! She was a great running buddy.

Rice Cereal

Livia is 5 months tomorrow, so we decided to introduce the rice cereal. (Because obviously she needs more calories! :) ) She was all smiles afterwards. It was a success.
I'm putting the video of her first bite- since this is a documentory- please do not look at me, I just had got home from running 3 miles and told Adam specifically "Do not get me in the video!" He didn't listen so well. So- just to warn you, keep your eyes on Livvy. ;)

Done with 1st Grade!

I can't believe first grade is done!! I must say, I've been anxious for summer. :)
Ella looks so grown up! We are so proud of her. She got all "outstandings" in every category. She loves to read, loves math, music, PE, recess, pretty much everything there is in school!! :)
