Ashton's 3rd Birthday!

It's hard to believe Ashton is three already!!! Horray!! The terrible two's are over with!!! Horray! Now on to the angelic three's right?! I made that wish as he was blowing out the candles. That counts right? I should be completely honest, and although Ashton does have his "moments" he makes up for those episodes by being the best hugger ever. He loves to give hugs and snuggle. Those are the moments we treasure! We love Ashton oh so very much!

(If you can't tell- the cake is a Transformers cake) to say he's obsessed with transformers would be an understatement!

Grandma and Grandpa Daniels got Ashton a slip and slide. It had been beautiful weather, but on his birthday it was about 40 degrees! Oh well- bring it on!!!

Easter in Washington!

We had such a good Easter break in Washington with my parents! I thought it was supposed to rain every day, but we actually had pretty good weather. It was such a nice, relaxing visit. (for me, I don't know about my parents!) The kids played and played HARD. We got to ride horses (Ella terrified me by jumping over a creek- she managed to hang on!), go for hikes, play at the park, jump on the trampoline, and just have a great time. Of course my mom made a fantastic Easter dinner too. Now it's hard to be back to the same old routine. :(

A Girl's Day!

We had a lot of fun wedding shopping for Sarah on Saturday. It was a "girl's only" day! My mom, Jessica, Marla, me, and Livia, and of course Sarah all got to go dress shopping. :) I was surprised Ella didn't want to go, she said she'd rather go to the movie with the boys. It probably would have been a long day for her. We definatly shopped till we dropped! Sarah looked gorgeous in every dress she tried on. We didn't find "the dress" until 5 minutes before the shop closed! It's beautiful, and I didn't put it in the pictures here, because it's a surprise! But here's a taste of what the day was like.....

Doesn't your Mommy ever feed you?

Our little Livia is turning out to be quite the chunk!!!! :) I love it! She's just so kiss-able! I really do think she's our chunkiest baby by far. Not only does she have the cheeks, and the triple chin, she also has the thighs! And it just makes her all the more adorable! We love her so much!

Max to "Maxine"

As most of you know, we have another part of our family that I haven't mentioned yet in the blog. We have a teacup/toy poodle named Max. We've had him for a year now and every time he gets a haircut we laugh. :) ( except when my mom cut his hair, she did it perfect). He goes from a definate Max to a more feminine look, with just a few cuts of the scissors and the fluff of his ears. Every time I take him to get his hair cut, I tell them, "I don't want a poodle cut, I just want it a little shorter." And this is what I get.....
