We had a fun family reunion in Colorado Springs this year. All of my siblings and my parents, met and stayed in a beautiful house, with an amazing view, and we just had a great couple of days.
On our way out of town we stopped to have our ultrasound and..............This is how we became the Brady Bunch! haha
We are having a girl in November! Tied game....we're super excited!
Before we left Denver we toured a candy factory....FUN!
These pics may not be in the correct order of when we did them.......but one of the days we went to Cave of the Winds.......the grandkids all in one picture!
On Father's Day we visited Garden of the Gods.......breathtaking!
We visited the coolest zoo ever!! The kids are still talking about being able to pet the giraffes!
And we visited an old gold mining town. Some long horns were being ridden down the middle of the road. The kids went up to pet them several times and Ashton asked if he could sit on one of them. The guy told him if he followed them about a mile up the road to where they had a corral, then he would let Ashton. And Ashton we so persistent---he followed those longhorns through the crowds and up the road, and he got to sit on one!! Determined little boy.
Some of my pictures didn't upload....grrr....maybe I'll post some more later. That was our amazing trip in a nutshell though! We had so much fun and I'm so grateful to come from a wonderful family. It was great to see everyone, and make some terrific memories.
