For Christmas, we told the kids we would take them to Disneyland.....we just didn't say when. :)
So after church on Sunday we surprised the kids and told them we were going to Disneyland....right then!!! hehehe (Ella had been a little more observant and noticed the packing)..the boys and Livia were clueless. These are their surprised looks.....
There were parts that were beautiful......breathtaking......
Right through Las Vegas
The girls had fun coloring
The boys were goofy the WHOLE time. :)
We spent the first night in St. George Utah. And we visited the St. George LDS temple
It was so beautiful all lit up.
We got to California early in the day on Monday. And we went to Huntington Beach.
I thought the kids would only get their feet wet. I should have known better!
I got to meet up with my very dear friend, Stacy. It was so good to see her, and we met her boyfriend Michael, who we all liked a lot too.
Me and my love. :)
This was on California Screamin' :) Adam, Ella, Aaron and Ashton
This is on Tower of Terror.....Ella, Adam , Aaron and Ashton.....those were their 2 favorite rides.Livia loved holding the park map
All grins. :)
Livia loved the tea pots!Hi guys!
On Mr. Toad's wild ride
Of course a picture in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle. :)And the kids....ignore Ashton's grumpy face. He really didn't think another picture was necessary. But I did. And I'm always right. Right? ;)
Aaron and Liv on a bridge.
We met a few princesses!!! Tianna...
Ariel
Belle.....I love how Livia is just starting at her with a "Is she for real?" look. :)
Love this girl!
Did you notice Preston wasn't in these pictures? That was on purpose....He stayed with Adam's parents. :( It was a hard choice, but we decided he would do better with them, then to stay in his stroller the whole time. And leave it to Preston to prove us wrong and instead get a double ear infection, goopy eyes, and a black eye while staying with Grandma and Grandpa. I'm not sure if they'll ever watch our kids again. :) They claim they still had a great time though. And I still probably wouldn't have taken Preston----I saw too many grumpy kids and parents that had kids that age.......It was just a lot of fun to spend with my four oldest and of course my fabulous husband. GREAT VACATION GUYS!!!!
