His profile is a little shadowed this week. And we didn't even get one in 3D! I'm feeling ripped off! As far as updates....he's still measuring 2 1/2 to 3 weeks early. So I'm guessing the first part of September. Maybe Labor Day (that would be fitting) :). He weighs 4 lbs 11 oz right now- so she said he's going to be a good size baby! What a blessing! Hopefully he can hang in there for a few more weeks. For the record- nesting has officially started! I spent 3 hours in Ella and Livia's room yesterday cleaning and organizing, and then got out the baby clothes- so all that is ready. Today I'm going to tackle the boy's room!! Wish me luck!Tuesday, August 3, 2010
Not much has changed...

Fun times :)
I just had to share a couple of photos of the fun times we're having around here....
I sent this picture to Adam when he was working out of town and titled it, "No more Wii" and he texts back and says, "umm...wii remote to the face?" Bingo! Seriously, this kid always has a black eye. Poor kid. And yes, no more wii. (thank you Ashton).
This has to be just a classic childhood photo. :) She was really loving that cone.
The boys with one of their good friends Spencer. This is while we were waiting for a parade. The boys were so excited for candy. :) And Ashton knew how to get the candy! He followed the parade for a while and then he would come running back to us. He was pretty funny to watch. And he got lots of candy!

Baby in 3D and updates
Not much has changed as far as updates really. The clot is getting harder to see in the ultra- sounds since the baby's head is on it most of the time- but it is still there, and pretty much the same size. The doctor still thinks I should be able to deliver him just fine though.
Baby's head is measuring 3 weeks earlier than the original due date- so now it's a real mystery as to when he'll come! My mom has made me swear not to take Castor oil this time (yes I have for the last 2 deliveries and it worked great!) We'll see how desperate I am when the time comes though!
Anyway- enjoy some of these pictures of our baby in 3D---he actually let us get a pretty good look at his face! And yes- he looks like he'll fit right in! :)
This was one of the last shots she took and he just snuggled up against his arm, and it looked like he was putting himself to sleep! So cute!

Summer pictures from my phone :)
I love summer! Even with having a stressful pregnancy, we've still been able to have so much fun this summer. We've been just staying around town, but taking advantage of all parks, and places that have water. :) So enjoy these random pictures of our summer so far.
I can always get them to smile at the park!
Ella is such a good big sis to Livia. She takes her down every slide and stays right by her side.
Liv LOVES to swing!!
Aaron is our little monkey on the monkey bars!
Ashton even learned how to do the monkey bars this summer. He was quite proud of himself.
At the reservoir. I think next time I'll put my chair right in the water!

Cancel all good news from the last post......
So.....where to begin.....
I had my "follow up" with my doctor today and he scheduled another ultra sound just to make sure the clot was all gone, and.....they found another clot. :(
Some good news....hmm.....the baby is doing great and for that I am the most grateful. The placenta is attached and looks good, and the clot they found isn't directly over the cervix this time, it's to the side. It's a little smaller than the other one, so that's good. The doctor said I could continue what I've been doing, just nothing more.
The ultrasound lady did an extra long session in 3D to make up for the bad news though...so we got some cool pictures. Enjoy. :)
He's already got some chunk! You can just barely see where the chord is over his eye.

It's gone!! It's gone!!! It's gone!!!
I went to the Dr. today and the blood clot is completely gone!!!!!!!!!! (I don't think I can put enough exclamation marks!!!!) Everything looks amazing, and it looks like I'll be able to finish out this pregnancy without being on any kind of bed rest, or have any limitations!
I go back to the Dr. on Thursday for a follow up- so hopefully everything still looks good...We are just so excited. What an amazing blessing this is.
Here's our little boy at 28 weeks. That is is foot by his face!! Flexible!

Last week on Monday for Family Night we took the kids to the local hot springs pool and we all had a ton of fun. Even Adam had fun- who hates public swimming pools!!
Ella and Ashton and Adam's head. :)
Adam and Livia- Love the farmer's tan Adam! And Liv didn't know what to think at first, but she ended up having a great time. (As long as we held her, and she wasn't in her little float thing.)
The boys stayed in the shallow end thankfully!
Aaron having fun!
Ella was a little fish- she's getting to be a pretty good swimmer.
It actually felt really good to swim- I told Adam it didn't feel like I was pregnant in the water- and then I got out.... and I remembered. :)
Over the weekend we FINALLY planted flowers out front! Hopefully these perennials will survive. We haven't had the best of luck.
